• Visit /signup, enter email and password, then verify the email we send.
• Sign-in is also available with Google OAuth from /login.
• After first login complete profile, set MFA if required, and accept the workspace terms.

• Leads enter the CRM from forms, imports, integrations, and API.
• Each lead is auto-enriched and routed to an owner within the configured SLA.
