Communication Policy

Last updated: May 2026

ROSSNEXUS.io operates SMS, WhatsApp, email, and voice messaging on behalf of itself and its white-label partners from Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. This Communication Policy documents how we collect consent, send messages, honor opt-outs, and align with Twilio A2P 10DLC, The Campaign Registry (TCR), CTIA messaging principles, carrier policies, and the TCPA.

1. Brand & Sender Identification

All outbound messages sent on behalf of ROSSNEXUS.io identify the brand ROSSNEXUS.io as the sender of record. Messages sent on behalf of white-label partners identify that partner brand as the sender of record. Every campaign is registered with The Campaign Registry (TCR) under a verified brand.

2. A2P 10DLC Use Case

Our primary 10DLC campaign use case is Low Volume Mixed, covering: appointment reminders, CRM notifications, onboarding alerts, customer support, account notifications, internal business communications, marketing follow-ups, and compliance reminders. We do not send high-risk content (SHAFT — Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, Tobacco, gambling, or regulated cannabis content).

3. Consent (Opt-In)

Phone numbers enter our messaging systems only through verifiable opt-in: a web form with an unchecked consent checkbox, a written agreement, an inbound text containing an opt-in keyword (START, YES, SUBSCRIBE, or JOIN), or an in-person sign-up. Every opt-in is logged with timestamp, source URL, IP address, user agent, consent version, and exact disclosure text shown to the contact at the moment of consent. Consent is never a condition of purchase.

4. Required Disclosures

Every web form that collects a phone number for messaging displays: the program name (ROSSNEXUS.io or partner brand), the types of messages (operational and, optionally, marketing — split into separate checkboxes), message frequency disclosure (“Message frequency varies”), carrier cost disclosure (“Message and data rates may apply”), opt-out instructions (Reply STOP to opt out), help instructions (Reply HELP for assistance), and links to the Privacy Policy, SMS Terms, and Terms & Conditions.

5. Opt-Out & Help Keywords

We honor the following opt-out keywords on every messaging program: STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT. We honor HELP and INFO for assistance, and START / YES / SUBSCRIBE / JOIN to re-subscribe. Opt-out is honored immediately on the program where the keyword was received. A confirmation message follows and is the final message sent on that program.

6. Standard Compliance Footer

Periodic messages include the following compliance footer or equivalent: “ROSSNEXUS.io: Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.”

7. Suppression & Data Retention

Opt-out events are written to a global suppression list scoped to the messaging program and identifier. Automation workflows and bulk campaigns check the suppression list before every send. Consent and opt-out logs are retained for the longer of (a) the active lifetime of the contact record and (b) the period required by applicable law.

8. White-Label Partner Programs

Many messages sent through the platform originate from independent white-label partners. Each partner is the sender of record and the data controller for its own messaging program, brand registration, and 10DLC campaign. Consent provided to one partner does not transfer to ROSSNEXUS.io or to any other partner.

9. Carrier Compliance & Trust

ROSSNEXUS.io maintains brand verification with TCR, registers each campaign with the appropriate use case, monitors error codes (including 30007, 30008, and carrier filtering events), and rate-limits sending to align with carrier throughput allowances and trust scores.
