Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using ROSSNEXUS.io (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, SaaS Service Agreement, and SMS Communication Consent. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

ROSSNEXUS.io provides enterprise-grade CRM, funnels, automations, onboarding workflows, memberships, training, certification, dashboards, customer portals, hosting, integrations, and white-label SaaS infrastructure on a subscription basis.

Prospective clients are granted free starter access to evaluate the platform prior to purchasing any paid subscription, setup, or white-label deployment. Paid engagements begin only after you affirmatively select and pay for a plan.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance and auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled. You authorize ROSSNEXUS.io to charge your payment method on file for all recurring fees, setup charges, taxes, and applicable overage. Automated billing reminders are sent prior to each renewal.

Once any paid subscription, setup service, onboarding, CRM provisioning, automation setup, branding, integration, hosting, white-label deployment, or other digital service has commenced, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for full detail.

You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle to prevent future charges. Cancellation does not retroactively refund the current or any prior billing period. White-label, provisioning, setup, onboarding, and digital service fees are non-refundable once activated.

If a scheduled payment fails, the account enters a seven (7) day grace period during which Service may be partially restricted. Continued non-payment results in suspension and, after thirty (30) days, deactivation of the environment, including potential deletion of stored data and configurations.

You will not use the Service to transmit spam, unlawful content, malware, infringing material, or to compromise any system. You agree to comply with all applicable U.S. federal and state laws, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CCPA/CPRA, and equivalent laws of the jurisdictions in which your end customers reside.

Use of CRM messaging, automation, and outbound communication features requires you to obtain valid express written consent from each recipient and to honor opt-out requests. You are solely responsible for the content and lawfulness of messages sent through your environment. See our SMS Communication Consent.

White-label and partner-tier subscribers may deploy branded sub-environments to their end clients. You are the data controller for your sub-tenants and are responsible for their conduct, billing, support, and compliance obligations.

All software, source code, designs, templates, automations, training material, and brand assets remain the exclusive property of ROSSNEXUS.io and Ross & Associates. You retain ownership of content you upload and grant ROSSNEXUS.io a limited license to host and process it to deliver the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROSSNEXUS.io's aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim, and ROSSNEXUS.io shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

ROSSNEXUS.io may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
