1. Who Sends the Messages
ROSSNEXUS Technologies LLC (DBA ROSSNEXUS.io), 3172 N. Rainbow Blvd PMB 34263, Las Vegas, NV 89108. All messages are sent from a phone number registered to the sender under the U.S. carrier A2P 10DLC program.
2. Who Receives the Messages
Individuals who voluntarily submit their mobile number through a public form on https://rossnexus.io and tick the SMS-consent checkbox at the time of submission. We do not send SMS to numbers obtained from third-party lists.
3. Why We Send Messages
To deliver transactional and customer care sms related to the request you submitted. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS under this program.

7. Consent Process
The phone-number field on every public form is optional. SMS consent is captured by an explicit checkbox that is unchecked by default. The form will not submit if you provide a phone number without ticking the box. Each consent record is logged server-side with timestamp, IP address, user-agent, page URL, the exact consent text shown, and the consent version. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
8. STOP (Opt-Out) and HELP
Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Once we receive STOP, the number is suppressed and no further SMS will be sent under this program.

9. Privacy
SMS opt-in data and consent records are stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information, opt-in data, or consent records will be shared, sold, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Data is shared only with messaging providers (e.g. Twilio) required to deliver SMS communications.
