1. Express Written Consent
By submitting your phone number through any ROSSNEXUS.io form, booking page, intake funnel, client portal, or partner-deployed environment, you provide your prior express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) to receive recurring automated SMS, MMS, and WhatsApp messages from ROSSNEXUS TECHNOLOGIES LLC (DBA ROSSNEXUS.io) and the specific client environment you interacted with. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
2. Types of Messages
Messages may include appointment reminders, booking confirmations, onboarding sequences, account & billing notifications, subscription renewal reminders, customer service responses, compliance reminders, and marketing or promotional content related to the services you requested.
Sample messages:
- "ROSSNEXUS.io: Hi {{name}}, this confirms your consultation on {{date}} at {{time}} PT. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. Msg&data rates may apply."
- "ROSSNEXUS.io: Your CRM onboarding step ({{step}}) is ready. Continue here: {{link}} Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."
- "ROSSNEXUS.io: Account alert — your subscription renews on {{date}}. Manage billing: {{link}} Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."
3. Frequency, Carriers & Costs
Message frequency varies based on your activity (typically 2–8 messages per month per active workflow). Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan. Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Opt-Out (STOP) & Help (HELP)
Reply STOP at any time to any message to unsubscribe from that workspace. Reply HELP for support. Opting out of one ROSSNEXUS.io workspace or partner environment does not opt you out of any other workspace where you separately consented. You may also email support@rossnexus.io to request global removal.
5. White-Label Partner Messaging
Many SMS and WhatsApp messages you receive are sent by independent ROSSNEXUS.io partners using the platform's automation infrastructure. Each partner is the sender of record and the data controller for its messaging program. Consent provided to one partner does not transfer to ROSSNEXUS.io's other partners.
6. Privacy
Phone numbers and consent records are stored and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties except messaging vendors, aggregators, and service providers necessary to deliver SMS communications.
