1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device to store information about your session, preferences, and activity. We also use similar technologies such as local storage, pixels, and SDK identifiers.
Cookies may be set by ROSSNEXUS.io directly ("first-party cookies") or by third-party services we use to deliver the Service ("third-party cookies"). Cookies may persist for the duration of a browser session ("session cookies") or for a defined period after the session ends ("persistent cookies").
2. Why We Use Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to authenticate users, secure sessions, remember preferences, route white-label sub-tenants to the correct branded environment, measure platform performance, debug issues, prevent fraud, and attribute booking, lead-capture, and onboarding events to the correct CRM environment.
3. Your Choices and Default Setting
On your first visit we show a cookie banner with equally prominent Reject all, Accept all and Manage preferences options. Until you choose, only strictly necessary technologies run — no analytics or marketing script is loaded. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using Cookie Settings in the site footer. Withdrawal stops optional tracking immediately and deletes the related first-party cookies we can reach.
We keep a record of each choice (date and time, categories chosen, policy version, the page path and a random pseudonymous identifier stored in your browser). This record contains no name, email or phone number and is readable only by authorized administrators.

We do not sell personal data. SMS opt-in data and consent records are never shared with advertising platforms. Integrations that are configured but not active on this website (for example scheduling or messaging providers used only inside customer portals) do not set cookies on this site; they are described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Managing & Disabling Cookies
Use Cookie Settings in the footer to change your choice. Most browsers also allow you to view, manage, refuse, or delete cookies through their settings. You can also use private/incognito browsing modes that limit cookie persistence. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies may impair authentication, billing, scheduling, or CRM functionality and may prevent you from using parts of the Service.
For US residents, you may also exercise applicable rights under the CCPA/CPRA and similar state privacy laws as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Do Not Track
There is currently no industry-standard interpretation of browser "Do Not Track" signals. ROSSNEXUS.io does not respond to DNT signals at this time, but we limit cookie use as described above and honor verified privacy-rights requests submitted to privacy@rossnexus.io.
7. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, regulation, or our practices. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by additional notice through the Service.
