SaaS Service Agreement

Each prospective subscriber is granted free starter access to evaluate the platform prior to any paid activation. The free account is the customer's evaluation period. Paid provisioning, onboarding, and implementation work commences only after you select and pay for a plan.

Upon activation, ROSSNEXUS.io will provision your CRM, funnels, automations, onboarding workflows, integrations, hosting, branding, and (for partner tiers) white-label sub-tenant environments. Implementation services include configuration, migration, branding, integration setup, and deployment.

Once any paid subscription, onboarding, CRM provisioning, automation setup, branding, migration, white-label deployment, hosting setup, integration, implementation, or digital configuration has commenced, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We target 99.9% monthly uptime for production environments. Scheduled maintenance windows are announced in advance. SLA credits, where applicable, are the sole remedy for downtime and do not constitute refunds of fees paid.

Subscriber is responsible for content, configuration, end-client communications, A2P / TCPA / WhatsApp compliance, securing user credentials, and complying with the Acceptable Use Policy within its environment.

Partner-tier subscribers may deploy branded sub-environments under custom domains. Partners are the data controller for their end clients and are solely responsible for their sub-tenants' billing, support, consent records, and compliance. ROSSNEXUS.io acts as data processor.

Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Automated billing reminders are sent prior to renewal. Failed payments enter a seven (7) day grace period, followed by suspension and, after thirty (30) days of non-payment, deactivation of the environment, including potential deletion of stored data.

You may cancel any recurring subscription before the next billing cycle to prevent future charges. Cancellation does not retroactively refund the current or any prior period and does not refund implementation, onboarding, provisioning, or white-label setup fees.

This Agreement remains in effect for as long as the subscription is active. Termination follows the cancellation terms in our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.

Governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA. Exclusive venue lies in Clark County, Nevada.

Subscriber environments may integrate with third-party platforms across categories including social media (e.g. Meta — Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, Threads — LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok, Google Business Profile), communication providers (e.g. Twilio), business applications and cloud services (e.g. Microsoft 365 / Entra ID, Google Workspace), payment processors (e.g. Stripe and Stripe Connect), AI services (e.g. OpenAI, Google AI and others via the Enterprise AI Gateway), and additional integrations supported now or in the future. Subscriber authorizes ROSSNEXUS to store and use OAuth tokens and API credentials issued by these platforms solely to deliver the Service. Subscriber remains responsible for complying with each platform's terms (including, where relevant, the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies, Google API Services User Data Policy, Microsoft API Terms, Stripe Services Agreement, and Twilio Acceptable Use Policy) and for keeping the underlying platform accounts in good standing. Newly added integrations are governed by this section automatically.

The Service includes AI-assisted capabilities branded under the Zyiion family (Voice, Assist, Operations, Intelligence, Academy, Support, Copilot). AI outputs — including recommendations, generated content, transcripts, summaries, classifications, and automation suggestions — are assistive and probabilistic and must be reviewed by Subscriber before any reliance in regulated, contractual, or customer-facing contexts. ROSSNEXUS does not authorize AI sub-processors to use Subscriber data to train third-party foundation models.
