Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use the Service to: send unsolicited bulk messages or spam; transmit malware, phishing, or fraudulent content; infringe intellectual property; harass, threaten, or defame any person; conduct high-risk or regulated activities without proper authorization (gambling, payday lending, controlled substances, adult content where prohibited); attempt to bypass platform security, rate limits, or sub-tenant isolation; or scrape, resell, or reverse-engineer the platform.

All SMS, MMS, WhatsApp, and email campaigns sent through ROSSNEXUS.io must comply with the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CTIA guidelines, A2P 10DLC registration requirements, WhatsApp Business policies, and applicable carrier policies. You must obtain valid express prior written consent from every recipient, honor STOP / opt-out requests immediately, and never send messages to numbers on do-not-contact lists.

White-label partners are fully responsible for their end clients' conduct, consent records, and message content. Partners must register their own A2P brands and campaigns where required and maintain auditable consent logs.

Violations may result in immediate suspension, throttling, deactivation, or termination of the environment without refund, and may be reported to carriers, regulators, or law enforcement. Any associated paid subscription, setup, onboarding, or provisioning fees are non-refundable consistent with our Refund Policy.
