1. Information We Collect
Account and profile information, billing metadata, CRM records and form submissions, scheduling activity, SMS message metadata, device and usage analytics, support communications, and any data you submit through public forms or hosted environments.
2. How We Use Information
To operate your account, deliver requested services, process billing, send appointment, account, document-ready, and service-related SMS notifications, support customers, enforce our Terms, prevent fraud, and improve product quality.
3. SMS Communications & Consent
By providing your mobile phone number to ROSSNEXUS.io and ticking the SMS-consent checkbox, you consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages from ROSSNEXUS Technologies LLC (DBA ROSSNEXUS.io) under our registered A2P 10DLC messaging program. Messages are limited to transactional and customer-care content: appointment confirmations and reminders, account notifications, customer support updates, billing notifications, document-ready alerts, and account verification codes.
Frequency: 2–6 messages per month. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@rossnexus.io / 725-330-5406. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information, opt-in data, or consent records will be shared, sold, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Data is shared only with messaging providers required to deliver SMS communications.

4. Sharing of Information
We share data only with sub-processors required to deliver the Service — payment processing, SMS messaging providers (Twilio), email providers, scheduling, hosting and infrastructure, and analytics. We do not sell personal data.
5. Data Retention
Account, CRM, and SMS consent records are retained for the life of the account plus a reasonable period after closure for legal, billing, audit, and regulatory obligations. Opt-out records are retained indefinitely so suppressed numbers stay suppressed.
6. Your Rights
Subject to applicable U.S. state privacy laws (including CCPA / CPRA), you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information by emailing privacy@rossnexus.io.
7. Security
We employ encryption in transit, row-level access control, audit logging, least-privilege architecture, and ongoing monitoring.
