It does not perform notarizations, does not provide remote online notarization (RON), does not connect to electronic-notary or journal systems, and is not a state-certified or state-approved notary platform. Commissioning, journal-keeping, identity verification and all notarial acts remain the responsibility of the commissioned notary under the rules of their jurisdiction.
