1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ROSSNEXUS.io (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our SMS Terms of Service set out below. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
ROSSNEXUS.io provides enterprise-grade CRM, funnels, automations, onboarding workflows, memberships, training, certification, dashboards, customer portals, hosting, integrations, and white-label SaaS infrastructure on a subscription basis.
3. Subscriptions, Billing & Auto-Renewal
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance and auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled. You authorize ROSSNEXUS.io to charge your payment method on file for all recurring fees, setup charges, taxes, and applicable overage.
4. SMS Terms of Service
By opting in to SMS communications from ROSSNEXUS TECHNOLOGIES LLC (DBA ROSSNEXUS.io), you agree to receive recurring automated text messages related to:
- Appointment reminders
- Customer support
- Account notifications
- Onboarding updates
- Billing and subscription renewal notices
- Compliance reminders
- Internal business communications
Message frequency varies based on account activity (typically 2–8 messages per month per active workflow). Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan.
Sample message: "ROSSNEXUS.io: Hi {{name}}, this confirms your consultation on {{date}} at {{time}} PT. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. Msg&data rates may apply."
To opt out, reply STOP at any time.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile information will not be shared, sold, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
5. Acceptable Use & Compliance
You will not use the Service to transmit spam, unlawful content, malware, or infringing material. You agree to comply with all applicable U.S. federal and state laws, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and CCPA/CPRA.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, source code, designs, templates, automations, training material, and brand assets remain the exclusive property of ROSSNEXUS.io and Ross & Associates.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROSSNEXUS.io's aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law & Venue
Governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA. Exclusive venue lies in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
